- EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unused item(s) in new and unused condition with all materials, warranty papers and cases in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
If you paid with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees will be charged once again.
Any items that were special ordered for you will not be subject to refunds or exchanges. These items are FINAL SALE.

Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in the mail while being shipped back to us. Please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper and include in package.

- RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item(s) in new, unused and resell able condition with all materials, warranty papers and cases in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a credit or refund.
Please note that new and unused condition means that there are no marks, scratches or any signs of wear on the item or the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case.

- SHIPPING
All domestic orders will either be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days. Please note that some items may take up to 5 business days to ship. Very rarely, due to the high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines of various manufacturers, some items may become backordered or unavailable. We will notify you as soon as possible if such situation should occur with your order. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Please note if you provide us with shipping address that is different from billing address we may ask you for an additional proof of identity. We accept copy of your government picture ID and/or Utility bill along with a copy of credit card. Policy above applies to credit card orders only.
